Weston UK Mini Velocity ARTF

The Mini Velocity was derived from our mini Tigershark and has undergone some dramatic changes including a section wing. It has the same great flying characteristics as its bigger brother but is faster and even more agile. With the recommended engine (West .25 Combat) and Genesis mini-pipe fitted the Mini Velocity is an outstanding speed machine capable of speeds of 150mph with the added bonus of longer flight duration of up to 8 minutes. The Mini Velocity is also available with the West 36V1 and Genesis pipe package which gives an outrageous high speed performance. Although capable of ludicrously high speeds the Mini Velocity also has outstanding low speed characteristics which makes it an ideal trainer for jet aircraft but at a fraction of the cost. Constructed of balsa light ply and plastic with a high speed laminar flow wing section made from balsa-covered foam. This is an ideal plane for adrenaline-thirsty intermediate to advanced pilots.
